blink at Wilderness

Hey there :)

If you’re reading this, you’ve either scanned in a QR code, or popped over to our wellbeing tents to say hi. However you found us, we are super pleased that you did!

Despite all these wonderful mental health campaigns telling us “it’s okay to not be okay”, “lets break the stigma”, “there is no shame in talking about your mental health” (and I’m sure you’ve heard many more).

Here at blink, we will never know how you feel, but we do know it can be incredibly hard to reach out for mental health support, or even to tell friends or family that there thoughts or feelings whizzing inside your head, that you just want to get out. It’ may not be as easy as just “opening up” is it?

blink is a registered charity in England and Wales. Our mission is to provide safe and open spaces for people to receive professional mental health support, where they can be heard, connect with others, and reconnect with themselves.

At Wilderness our wellbeing tents will provide a safe space to talk, a place to relax and rest, and mindfulness activities. We will be offering 1-2-1 talking therapy sessions with our team of qualified psychologists and counsellors. These are free and accessible to anyone during the festival.

We offer a calm, non-judgemental, welcoming, safe space, where we invite you take a seat and seek support for anything that’s on your mind.
