Volunteer behind the scenes teams

We’re setting up small volunteer teams to help blink grow and run smoothly year-round. Each team focuses on a key area of our work and will feed ideas and progress back to the core blink team. If you’ve got skills, curiosity or enthusiasm to share, we’d love you to get involved.

Volunteer teams

Recruitment team Helping bring new volunteers into blink and make sure our team continues to grow with the right people.

Training team – shaping and improving the training journey for new and existing volunteers, so everyone feels confident and supported.

Volunteer engagement team – finding ways to keep our community connected, valued and inspired all year round.

IT and information management team – keeping blink’s systems, data and digital tools running smoothly and securely.

Finances and fundraising team – helping ensure blink has the resources and income it needs to keep doing what we do best.

Festival operations team – supporting everything that makes our festival spaces run safely, smoothly and beautifully.

Data and impact analysis team – helping us understand and evidence the difference blink makes, through data and stories. This also includes what data we store on people, and why
